Over two hundred Nigerians thronged the Town Hall meetings and one day training organized for prospective sales agents for Nigeria’s first super mobile money network, the Glo Xchange, in Abeokuta, Enugu, Onitsha and in Kano cities of Nigeria. At the event Glo and partner banks – Zenith, Stanbic IBTC, Ecobank and First Bank enlightened the public and prospective agents on the rudiments of the Mobile Money business. Addressing the participants in Abeokuta, Globacom’s Mobile Money Expert, Mr. Tim Mukata described the Glo Xchange agentship as a veritable avenue for business minded Nigerians to make money on every transaction without losing their initial deposits.

No change in 2015 Africa Cup schedule over Ebola – CAF

There will be no change made to the schedule of the 2015 Africa Cup of Nations African football’s governing body the African Football Confederation (CAF)announced on Saturday despite hosts Morocco calling for its postponement over the Ebola crisis. Pastor of White Garment Church caught with Human Skull

Pastor Clement Oyetunde, a 35 year old man who claims to be a pastor with the Cherubim and Seraphim Church in Osun state, was paraded by men of the Osun state police command on October 9th after he was found with human skull and other charms at his church premises in the Adeowo area of Modakeke in Osun State.

According to eyewitnesses at the scene of the incident in Lagos, the bird collided with an electric wire while going for an operation and fell down, after which it changed into this middle aged woman.

Ebola: First Consultant Hospital indicts Liberian Ambassador

First Consultants Medical Centre, the Lagos hospital where the man who brought Ebola to Nigeria, late Liberian Patrick Sawyer died, has indicted the Liberian Ambassador to Nigeria (pictured right) for his involvement in the case, saying he put the hospital under pressure to release Sawyer against the wish of its management,  Vanguard  reports.
